Less than 500 meters away, to be exact. We got some sleet yesterday afternoon, but the overnight rain melted it all. This morning there were some snow flurries on the lower slopes of Chartreuse and Belledonne. While during the week we had some gorgeous sunny days, with daytime temperatures climbing up to +16C, weekends lately have been cold, rainy, and gloomy, which has compromised some of our long runs.
Today we managed to squeeze in a 23-kilometer run before FIS Nordic World Ski Championships team sprint event. We still have 9 weeks to go to the Rock’n’Roll Marathon Madrid.
