Naan

We don’t bake much, probably because we don’t have cravings for sweet things, and finding good bread at reasonable price here is easy; we have at least five boulangeries within a couple hundred meters, plus a number of pâttisseries and cake shops.

Today’s weather is bad enough, so we want to skip the long run, and make some naan breads following this recipe.


They came out good, perhaps a little too thick and fluffy. But they are easy and fast to make. Next time we experiment more with the flavoring.
