Tonight the football club Grenoble Foot 38 (Ligue 4) takes on Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1) in the French Cup here at Stade des Alpes. Two hours before the match the Marseille fans were celebrating here at Place aux Herbes with firecrackers and bombs. These are the pictures I took when they walked on our street to the stadium.

Grenoble won the match after coming back from one goal deficit three (3!) times and beating Marseille in penalties 5-4.
