On Sunday (3.3.) we visited the cave in La Balme-les-Grottes. We are not really great fans of caves, but this one looked interesting, safe, and not too far a drive away. On our way to the caves, we had a little walk in and around a small town of Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin.
We reached the caves about 20 minutes after its opening in the afternoon, which was an optimal timing, since there was hardly nobody there. By the time we finished our one-hour tour, it started to be a bit crowded, and noisy!
On our way back we drove past Bugey Nuclear Power Plant.
